Last updated: November 2026 · These terms govern every rental from Hatimi Rentals ("Hatimi", "we", "us"). By renting a vehicle you agree to them together with the Rental Agreement you accept at booking.
You must hold a valid, unexpired driving licence, be at least 21 years old at pickup, and present the licence at handover. Only the named renter and any additional drivers recorded on the booking may drive the vehicle.
Charges are calculated from the rate card in force at booking (daily, weekly and monthly rates with weekly/monthly proration) plus applicable Arizona taxes and surcharges, itemised on your invoice. The refundable security deposit is not taxed unless it is forfeited or applied to charges. Late returns are charged at the daily rate for each additional day or part day, plus any tax arising.
A refundable deposit is required before a booking is confirmed. It may be applied to unpaid charges, damage, fuel shortfall, cleaning, tolls and fines arising from your rental. Any balance is refunded after check-in inspection.
No smoking or vaping in the vehicle. No off-road use, racing, towing beyond the vehicle's rating, or use in the commission of an offence. The vehicle must not leave the United States without our written consent. You are responsible for tolls, parking and traffic fines during the rental.
The vehicle is supplied with the fuel level recorded at checkout and must be returned at the same level; shortfalls are charged at the prevailing pump price plus a service fee. Return the vehicle in the condition recorded at checkout, fair wear excepted.
See the Rental Agreement for the insurance and responsibility provisions that apply to your rental. You are responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle during the rental except to the extent covered by a protection product you purchased from us.
Report any accident, theft or breakdown to us immediately and, where required, to the police. Do not admit fault. Obtain the other party's details and photos where it is safe to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
