This is the agreement every renter accepts at booking. Your acceptance — your typed name and the timestamp — is recorded on your booking.
Parties. Hatimi Rentals ("Hatimi Rentals") and the renter named on the booking ("Renter").
Hatimi Rentals rents the vehicle described on the booking to the Renter for the pickup and return date-times shown. Title and ownership remain with Hatimi Rentals at all times; this agreement is a rental, not a sale or lease-purchase.
The Renter confirms: (a) they hold a valid driving licence that will remain valid throughout the rental; (b) they are at least 21 years old at pickup; (c) the licence number given at booking is their own. Only the Renter and additional drivers named on the booking may drive.
The Renter agrees to pay the rental charges shown at booking plus Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax, county and city taxes and the Maricopa County rental-vehicle surcharge as itemised on the invoice. The refundable deposit is not taxed unless forfeited or applied, in which case tax applies to the amount applied.
The Renter authorises Hatimi Rentals to apply the deposit to: unpaid rental charges and taxes; damage repair up to the amount evidenced by the check-in inspection; fuel shortfall; cleaning; tolls, fines and associated administration. Any balance will be refunded after check-in.
The Renter is responsible for the vehicle from checkout until check-in is completed. The Renter must maintain insurance as required by Arizona law. Any protection offered by Hatimi Rentals is described at booking and applies only as stated there. The Renter is liable for loss or damage caused by prohibited use, unauthorised drivers, or failure to report an accident promptly.
No smoking/vaping; no off-road or commercial racing use; no driving under the influence; no use by unlisted drivers; no removal from the United States without written consent.
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time and place. Late return charges apply per the Terms & Conditions. The rental ends only when check-in inspection is completed and keys are received.
By entering your full name in the acceptance box at booking and submitting the booking, you sign and accept this Agreement electronically under the Arizona Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. Your name and the acceptance timestamp are stored with the booking.
