Booking details (name, phone, email, dates), driving-licence number and a photo of your licence (kept private, visible only to the business owner), payment records (method and amount — we do not store full card numbers; card payments are processed by our payment provider), inspection photos of the vehicle, and basic website logs.
To verify eligibility to rent, operate and secure your booking, meet Arizona tax-record requirements, prevent fraud and damage disputes, and communicate with you about your rental.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (payments, email, hosting) under their own privacy terms, and when required by law or a lawful request.
Booking and invoice records are retained as required for Arizona tax purposes. Licence photos are deleted when they are no longer needed for an open booking or dispute.
