Questions, answered

What do I need to rent?

A valid driving licence and to be 21 or older. Send your licence photo with the booking request — it stays private and is only used to verify your rental.

How does the deposit work?

The deposit is a hold, not a charge. We record it when you pick the car up and release it in full when the car returns in the condition it left — same day, in person.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Yes — free cancellation any time before pick-up. Date changes are free too, as long as the car is free for the new dates.

How is the price worked out?

Days are billed at the daily rate, full weeks at the (lower) weekly rate, and full months at the monthly rate — combined automatically, whichever is cheapest for your exact dates.

What if I return the car late?

Call us as soon as you know — we'll extend if the car is free. Unannounced late returns may be billed for the extra time used.
